The Byrnes made the pregnancy public on the 5.11.2006 She was slighty before week 12 when they announced their pregnancy On 13 December 2006, they made it public that there will be twins Georgina fainted in Harrods due to her pregnancy Twin boys arrived nearly two months early. Georgina was suppost to give birth on June 2. They were born by Cesarean section. Georgina had rushed to the Hospital at 6am on Thursday. Boys entered the world more than a day later. Nicky was at Georgina's side during the birth. Rocco and Jay are non - identical twins. Rocco is older by a minute. Rocco was smaller than Jay by a pound. Georgina brest feed them for first few weeks. Nicky calls Rocco 'our little fighter'.
